VINYL TRANSFERS

Vinyl transfer printing – where creativity meets durability. This technique lets you bring any design to life on your favourite gear, from tees to hats and everything in between.

Here's how it works:

  1. Design Creation: First, a design is created and cut out of vinyl using a vinyl cutter or plotter.
  2. Weeding: The excess vinyl around the design is removed (this is called "weeding").
  3. Heat Transfer: The design is placed onto the garment or material, and a heat press is used to apply both heat and pressure to transfer the vinyl onto the surface.
  4. Cooling: Once the design is applied, the material cools down and the vinyl adheres securely.

Vinyl transfer printing is perfect for creating bold, vibrant designs that won't fade, peel, or crack. It’s the go-to choice for custom workwear, teamwear, and merch that needs to stand the test of time. Ready to print your ideas? Let’s make it happen – contact us today

DIGITAL PRINTING

Digital printing is a modern printing technique that uses digital files (like PDFs or graphics) to directly transfer ink onto the fabric without needing screens or plates, making it faster and more cost-effective.

Here’s why it’s awesome:

  • Quick Turnaround: Since there’s no need for a lengthy setup process, digital printing can produce high-quality prints in a fraction of the time compared to traditional methods like screen printing.
  • Full-Color Designs: It can print detailed, multi-colour designs, including complex graphics or photos, without the need for color separation.
  • Customisable: Whether you need one print or thousands, digital printing gives you the flexibility to produce short runs or even single custom items.
  • Cost-Effective: We can cater for your low or high-volume requirements, making it a great choice for small batches or one-off designs.

It’s perfect for personalised items, intricate designs, and low-quantity prints! contact us

SCREEN PRINTING

IMAGE: Screenprinting

Screen printing is a traditional printing method where ink is pushed through a mesh screen (or stencil) onto a surface, such as fabric, paper, or plastic, to create a design. It’s one of the most popular and versatile ways to print large quantities of designs on various materials.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Create the Stencil: A design is transferred onto a mesh screen, with areas where you don’t want ink being blocked off.
  2. Prepare the Surface: The fabric or material is placed under the screen.
  3. Apply Ink: Ink is poured onto the screen and then pushed through the mesh using a squeegee.
  4. Drying: The print is then set aside and the process can be repeated for additional colours or layers.

Why it's awesome:

  • Durable Prints: The ink used in screen printing is thick and durable, which makes it last a long time without fading, even after multiple washes.
  • Great for Large Runs: It’s perfect for high-volume orders (think t-shirts, posters, and hoodies) because the more you print, the cheaper each unit becomes.
  • Vibrant Colors: The ink sits on top of the material, giving it a rich, vibrant finish that really pops.
  • Versatility: Works on a wide range of materials including textiles, wood, ceramics, and even metal.

Screen printing is ideal for bold, colorful designs, especially when you need to print large quantities!
